Could Moringa Be The Next SuperFood? Aug 28 Fearless Fabulous YOU!

Lisa Curtis, Founder, Kuli Kuli, August 28 on Fearless Fabulous YOU!

NPR called it the next kale Just what is the green superfood moringa and what are the health benefits? I’ll discuss with Lisa Curtis, the inspiring 29-year old founder of Kuli Kuli. Lisa discovered the wonders of moringa during her time as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Western Africa, and she works with women-led farming cooperatives in the developing world like Ghana to provide economic opportunities, and has partnered with the Clinton Foundation to help reforest Haiti.  To date, Kuli Kuli has planted more than 200,000 moringa trees and supported over 800 women farmers to earn a sustainable living (additionally, 10% of the profit goes back to its partners).
