Dr. Catherine Barnes is President and CEO of Sudden Impact Solutions, LLC. She’s a certified Discovery-Transition Coach, Speaker and Advancement Strategist whose knowledge of business, education, women and teen issues, and leadership is supported by 23+ years of experience. Her work in the public school system and in corporate and faith-based sectors has given people the ability to empower and inspire change in schools, businesses, churches, non-profits, and various other organizations. Her published books include Sister, Why You Hate Me?: Ending the Cycle of Sister to Sister Hate, Woman Power: Strategies for Female Leaders, and Teenage Girls: The Guide for Health, Wellness & Self-Esteem.


Melody Meyer is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist & Natural Health Practitioner. She’s also an Author, Speaker, Coach, Wellness Educator, and a Certified Compassionate Touch® Practitioner and Instructor. She teaches Wellness Education Workshops to massage therapists and lay persons. Melody conducts in-service and workshops for a variety of healthcare professionals including those in the field of elder care. She recently published an e-Book, Secrets To Thriving At Any Stage…And Every Age with Essential Oils.
