5 Tips for Safe Gluten Free Travel:
1) For hotel and restaurant reservations, tap into reputable gluten free resources and your support network for recommendations:
– The Gluten Free Travel Site is a great online resource that provides hotel, resort and restaurant reviews from those in the gluten free community
– www.allergyeats.com, www.glutenfreeregistry.com and Triumph Dining’s Gluten Free Restaurant Guide are all great resources for finding restaurants, cafes, bakeries and groceries
2) For restaurant and hotel eating, plan your meals before leaving for your trip, so that your vacation time isn’t dominated by researching safe places to eat.
